It’s january, and Im yearning deeply for spring to come! I have a weird personal style, because my style in spring/summer and autumn/winter is totally different. When spring comes, my inner pin-up girl shows herself, and all I want to wear is gorgeous rockabilly dresses and pretty things. This is my own personal spring favourites from one of my favourite places for pin-up couture, pinupgirlclothing.com

I love this site Blackwaterfall, I think they have the greatest listing of goth steretypes ever. And the great thing is that they are good, serious, funny and they are correct!
Me personally, Im a mix of the gothabilly, cabaret goth, and something undefined. You see, my personaly style is drastically different during the winter and summer :P
What stereotype goth are you?

One of my favourite parts about gothic glamour must be corset. This might also be due to my love for burlesque, for either way, corsets are a huge part of the gothic fashionstyle. The thing about corsets is that they are made in SO many different styles and fabrics, so they suit wichever style you wear. Heck, wear it with jeans and a tanktop even. It’s all about personality and making it your own.

Demonia, together with Pleaser, are the biggest company that focuses on gothic and alternative shoes (unless I am much mistaken). They have everything a little alternative girl needs when it comes to shoes.

Now, when I think of gothic clothing, these are the first brands that spring to mind: Lip Service and Heavy Red. So I figured I’d take a look at what they got in right now and pick out some personal favourites… These are the two brands that every little wannabealternative should know about. Their quality is great, and their designs original.

This is a brand spanking new blog about fashion in the alternative subculture. In other words, gothic, punk, rockabilly, emo, scene, synth, industrial, steampunk, and so on and so on. Everything that can be called alternative (not in the sense of alternative medisin and the like, tho). Hope to see you around!
Kohl is a mixture of soot and other ingredients used predominantly by Middle Eastern, African and South Asian women, and to a lesser extent men, to darken the eyelids and as mascara for the eyelashes.
Kohl is also today used as a word for pencil eyeliner. And I don’t think there is a subculture in the world that is more obsessed with eyeliner that the alternative, no? ;)
